Completed just before the new year, Intuit’s new global headquarters is 188,000 square feet and houses 1,100 employees. It sits on the company's existing Mountain View campus, which house a total of 3,500 employees.

On the third floor, there’s a dedicated “reflection garden” with a wind sculpture the company bought from one of its small-business customers.

The company incorporated floor to ceiling glass on every floor to bring in natural light and have a more open feel. Intuit's large, exposed staircase adds a pop of color with a bright blue hue.

The large wrap around, forth floor patio is not only houses natural grass for the birds but is used for meetings and yoga classes. The company’s landscape team worked with the Audubon Society to design many bird-friendly elements.  They created a “living laboratory” on Building 20's fourth floor, where birds can land on small hills of natural grass. The building also contains patterned glass called “fretting” to help keep the birds from running into the building’s floor-to-ceiling glass walls.

PARKING:

Separate 4 story parking garage adjacent to building.
